
After a week at the beach with her family, newly-crowned Ms. Fitness USA Taryn Bagrosky, who is also a personal trainer at Denver, Colorado studio Peak Physique and former Fitness Specialist for NBC, shares her traveling tips with us.
I'm proud to say that I was able to keep it together the whole time (almost the whole time... I did enjoy a few low-cal cocktails)! Once again, preparation is key! It's so tough to get back with a program if you fall off over a trip. Enjoy your vacation, but try to stick with your good habits.

It takes a lot of discipline to be that fit, and it's interesting to hear Taryn's tips. I especially like the idea of taking laps around the terminal, bonus points, I assume, for hauling luggage while you do it?!
