I’m definitely a loofah-and-body-wash girl. I love the lather, the scrub of the loofah, and the silkiness you get from moisture-rich body washes. bodycology skin softening body wash with silk and avocado oil fit the bill.

My first trial of it, I actually used the body wash as a bubble bath—something I do often with body wash. It was easily the bubbliest body wash bubble bath I’ve taken, and I got out of the tub with moisturized skin. Knowing what I now know about how those bubbles are created, maybe it’s not the best that bodycology’s bubbles come from sodium lauryl sulfate. But they sure felt good to soak in.
I’ve used the bodycology Rich&Creamy body wash a couple of times since as it was intended. I like it. Oddly enough, it doesn’t bubble as much when used as a body wash, and it isn’t quite as moisturizing. Nonetheless, I emerged from the shower more moisturized than I am with other body washes.
It doesn’t have a strong scent—a plus for me.
Bodycology’s maker, Advanced Beauty Systems, says that they don’t test the finished products on animals, which may mean that some of the ingredients are tested on animals.
