For the days that I am almost makeup-free, I still have certain essential go-to beauty products. With blonde lashes that seem to disappear otherwise, mascara is a must! I don’t know about you, but sometimes my bottom lashes just don’t pop they way I’d like—there is often smudging, and I have to face that it just doesn’t always look so hot.

Now my lower lashes won't feel so neglected. Clinique has the answer to my frustration! Not only are their products hypoallergenic, but Clinique’s new Bottom Lash Mascara has a teeny wand made specifically for the bottom lashes. The mascara is thermal-activated, so it can be removed with lukewarm water. It contains jojoba oil to keep your lashes nicely conditioned, and the mascara stays put for up to 24 hours—so no more worrying about those black raccoon eyes from sweating it out at the gym.

I am a huge Clinique fan, and I love the idea, but the small product costs $10; I don’t know how reasonable the price is for mascara that’s only meant for my lower lashes. Yet due to my love for cosmetics and lash fanaticism, I may just have to try it.

With Bottom Lash Mascara, perhaps we’ll start seeing people wearing mascara on their lower lashes only—runway style. Now that would be interesting …
