Exciting news for Louis Vuitton fans: the fashion house is developing a new fragrance. Third-generation perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud will be in charge of scent development. Cavallier-Belletrud told Women’s Wear Daily, "Making perfume is a magnificent journey, which starts with the quality of the base ingredients.”  Cavallier-Belletrud is also responsible for such fragrances as L'Eau d'Issey, Dior Addict, and Poeme by Lancôme. Louis Vuitton has not produced any fragrances since the 1930s and that scent was quickly discontinued. The fragrance, which does not have a release date, will eventually be available solely in Louis Vuitton's boutiques.
