We all know that junk food isn't the best on your heart. Neither is not exercising. But did you know the number of siblings you have might increase your odds when it comes to heart problems? Don't worry ... we didn't either. The Daily Mail released an article on all the bizarre ways you may be more susceptible to heart problems. Find them out below:

Going to bed after midnight
"Researchers from the Misao Health Clinic in Japan found that men who went to bed after midnight developed significantly stiffer arteries than those who hit the sack before midnight," the article claims.
Creased earlobes
The article claims: "Swedish researchers also found that more than 80 percent of people under the age of 40 who had succumbed to coronary artery disease had earlobe creases. One theory is that creases occur as a result of malformed blood vessels, which may also be true of those supplying the heart."
Not getting a flu shot
This one's a little scary. The Daily Mail says that, "This has been linked to the increased number of illnesses and infections we suffer during the winter months, which increase inflammation in the body. If you have heart disease, a flu vaccination will reduce this risk."
They go on to say that: "Another reason for more heart attacks occurring in winter is because cold weather causes our arteries to tighten, raising blood pressure." Maybe I won't pass on that next flu season.
Living alone
The Daily Mail says, "This doubles the risk of severe heart disease compared with living with a partner, Danish research suggests.
