Exercise background:
Extensive dance background beginning at age 3

Exercise goals:
Get fit and stay fit

Diet background:
Pescetarian for almost a year

Diet goals:
Eliminate bad carbs and sugars

Why am I doing the EB challenge?
To better my lifestyle in all areas, to become a better me

Exercise background:
Semi-active, mostly gym workouts, some yoga and pilates

Exercise goals:
5 days a week workout - get lean and mean

Diet background:
Very little meat, mostly fish, fresh vegetables, occasional burrito, no sodas

Diet goals:
High protein, little carb, no sugar

Why am I doing the EB challenge?
I want to get fit and stay fit ...

Exercise background:
Gym workouts for 3 yrs

Exercise goals:
Tone up my butt and love handles

Diet background:
Pretty healthy. I can't eat fried foods because I get really bad heartburn!

Diet goals:
Balanced meals; cutting beer out of my life for a month (that's going to be the most difficult)

Why am I doing the EB challenge?
To get in shape, eat right, and feel good about myself. Having a team count on me is the only way I stay on track.

Exercise background:
College basketball & track athlete; current CrossFitter

Exercise goals:
Lean out, reduce body fat

Diet background:
80/20 lifestyle of no processed foods, only free-range meat & chicken

Diet goals:
Cut out sugar entirely, go 90/10 this month
