Educate Yourself about Your Sexuality

Sarah says, "Education helps women solve problems, and it helps them change their focus of sexuality from what they need to do for somebody else, to what they need to do for their own bodies." Women too often put themselves last; that needs to change! Your sexuality should be empowering, so attending seminars on the sexuality of women or going to a place like the Relate Center that focuses on mind, body, and emotional well-being will help you take ownership of your own sexuality.
