I normally wear shades of brown on my eyes, so I was excited to try Revlon's CustomEyes Shadow and Liner in Naturally Glamorous. With Jessica Biel as the spokesperson, I have seen a lot of pictures of her eyes done up with CustomEyes, so I had a feeling it would turn out great. The first thing that caught my eye were the colors and the texture of each shadow...

At first, I had absolutely no idea how to apply each shade and where, but after further inspection, and flipping the kit over, there was a detailed example of an eye and where to apply each shade.

Personally, I thought this was the coolest part! It took some time, but I followed each step exactly like the picture showed. Another thing I was impressed with was the applicator brush. One side was like a regular eyeshadow brush, and the other side was skinnier -- this was for step five, where the shadow can be used as a liner. I like my eyeliner darker than what the CustomEyes provided, but I could notice a slight difference with just the shadow.

This is what my eyes looked like completely finished, and with some added shimmer for affect. One thing that was different was how the instructions told me to angle the shadow out in the outside corners of my eye. That's a makeup effect that I wasn't used to, but I liked the finished product. I even wore this style of eyeshadow for the Beauty Breakdown this week. 

I was pleasantly surprised with the CustomEyes, and when time permits, I will definitely use it again!
