The host of E! News as well as The Style Network, Giuliana Rancic, has been diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 37.
Elizabeth Hurley made an appearance at the launch of Estee Lauder's Breast Cancer Awareness initiative in Selfridges, London. She looked gorgeous and was accompanied by her very handsome son, Damian Hurley.

The Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation is one of the biggest and widest-recognized breast cancer research organizations in the nation. Now, the organization launches the Promise Me fragrance, set to be available in April in an eau de parfum ($59) and an eau de toilette ($20-$30).

Sometimes when faced with breast cancer, either our own or a friend’s, it’s hard to know what to say.
