Caviar Anti-Aging 3-Minute Shine Boost
0

Caviar Anti-Aging 3-Minute Shine Boost is perfect for repairing dry hair. Caviar has a collection of products for replenishing moisture and hydrating dry, brittle hair without parabens, gluten, mineral oils, or phthalates. This product's white crème is not sticky and has no scent. The five simple steps to use this product are to shampoo and condition as normal, squeeze out any excess water, apply product evenly from root to tip, leave on for three-five minutes, and then rinse. For best results, use the product one-two times per week.

Personally, I wasn't impressed with the product because my hair is not in need of any moisture, considering I normally use hydrating shampoo and conditioner. However, I did notice a shine to my hair after I blow-dried it. I would recommend this product to anyone who has dry, over-worked hair.

Caviar Anti-Aging 3-Minute Shine Boost can be purchased at various salon locations at around $20 for 5.1 oz.

Product Review: John Masters Organics Shine On
0

With all this My Chemical Breakup product-trying, my hair is in tip-top shape. While straight out of the shower it looks good, fluffy, and naturally clean, it sometimes lacks that sheen you get from traditional glossing and smoothing products.

Enter John Masters Organics Shine On, a leave-in hair treatment uses organic kelp in place of synthetic silicone to smooth the hair shaft. It comes in a jar, and it says you can apply liberally, so I dipped my fingers in and grabbed a bunch before blow-drying my hair. Afterward, my hair looked awesome and had incredible volume and hold, but it was not at all soft.

So the next time I used John Masters Organics Shine On, I blew-dry my hair first, then applied less liberally than I had before. The results are visibly awesome:

From natural but a little rough to sleek and shiny, I couldn't ask for more! And doing it this way, using less, eliminated the unnatural, rougher texture and maintained my natural softness. It also definitely allowed me to maintain my volume, not weighing down the hair at all.

Product Review: got2b guardian angel Flat Iron Balm
0

I straighten my hair everyday. Literally everyday for the past four years. To prevent my hair from breakage, I have used many different hair protecting sprays. Until recently, I was using one from TIGI, but recently had the opportunity to try got2b's guardian angel

The thing that differentiates this spray from others I have used in the past is that it protects hair from heat up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit! According to the got2b website, "This flat iron straightening balm moisturizes and insulates your hair from flat iron frying to providing long-lasting sleek, frizz-free locks with luminous shine effects." And to tell the truth, I have been seeing the effects!

Before ironing a section of my hair, I spray at least three to four squirts on my hair. I feel like it really is creating a protective barrier for my hair and when I went to get my hair cut last night, my hairdresser even noticed my split ends are not that bad. This is huge for me, because I'm used to constantly frying my hair with my beloved flat iron.

I'm a big fan of the got2b guardian angel flat iron balm, and with it's super affordable price, I would recommend it to anyone!
